Project Management, HR & Facility Management Assistant
Context
Ynsect is a company founded in 2011, operating in the fields of biotechnology, environment and agroindustry. Our main activities are the bioconversion of organic residues (food waste, etc.) by selected insects, and the transformation of these insects into nutrients for animal nutrition and non-food products for green chemistry markets.
Sustainable development is at the very heart of Ynsect because we improve upstream upcycling of local biomass and downstream promotion of agro-industrial systems.
Undergoing strong development of R&D, the company is looking to double its size (from its current 20 employees) by the end of 2015. Ynsect has a strong corporate culture based on excellence, innovation, entrepreneurship and multiculturalism.
The successful candidate will start in January 2015 for a 3- to 6-month internship and will be working under the Admin and Finance Department.
Role
 Project management related to the strong growth of the company:
o Assist with the company’s move to a new office (6 times bigger than the previous one): purchase management, relationship with service providers, coordination of logistics. Promotion of teamwork and employees well-being will be at the heart of every decision
o Contribute to the coordination of a recruitment campaign (around 10 people)
 Support on loan and grant applications
 Contribute to the development of communication and information monitoring in Europe and internationally.
Skills
 Outputs should be done either in French or in English so a good knowledge of both languages, written and spoken, is required
 Comfortable working with Word, Powerpoint, and Excel
