Job description
Reporting to the Managing Director, the HR Director will originate, develop and lead Human Resources practice and objective. Playing a key role in the executive management team, he/she will be expected to:

-Coordinating the implementation of group HR policies and procedures,
-Preparing annual training and recruitment plan and budget,
-Developing appraisal and improvement systems,
-Advising on all aspects of employment legislation and local labour law,
-Ensuring that expatriates staff is in Algeria on legal basis (work permit, visa administration),
-Overseeing the management of the recruitment process,
-Providing day-to-day HR support to the management team,


Who we are looking for
With a proven leadership background, you are a qualified HR with a minimum of 10 years experience in a complex multi-site business.
Able to work in a multicultural environment, you'll possess fluent verbal and written English, French and Arabic language skills. Excellent communication and the ability to create strong relationship with company members are essential.
