CGG Veritas offers you a chance to do an internship which will last 7 months in the Land Department.

SUBJECT OF INTERSHIP

• Tool to define acquisition zippers and shooting strategy for complex polygon.
• Plug-in in the new Seisgrid/Geoland software’s or separated tool with capability of entering the polygon and the spread geometry parameters.
• Capability to get from the polygon size and the spread parameters:
- Total number of traces.
- Number of traces for each swath.
- Size of zippers.
• Plan the different types of zipper overlay (100% overlap RCV + 0% overlap SP; 50% overlap RCV + 50% overlap SP, 0% overlap RCV + 100% overlap SP)

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• 5th year of university.
• Dynamic and motivated
• To be able to develop in a universal language for a plugin in Geoland or another Synergy (Java/C++ connection BD Oracle).
• Good level in English.
