Sensory Technician

Reports to: Sensory Science Manager
Job Objective: Run internal sensory test / Stability evaluation.
Location : Brussels

Essential Job Functions: Describe 5-10 activities of the job, which need to be performed to be effective in the position

· Organise (or /& take part of) internal tasting session (DA, Difference test, small group of expert, internal consumer taste test) for PD project (Mainly : stability, difference taste test...).
+ Samples preparation
+ Schedule tasting session / invite taster
+ Tasting session animation
· Develop / organize benchmark evaluation
· Lab work : Preparation and production of samples.
· Write report.
· Samples storage management
· Keep the sensory lab operational

· Ideally a degree in food science (or sensory science)


Experience:
What experience is needed to perform the job effectively?
· Approximately 6 month to 1 year.
